Cinnamon Peach Trifle
Oatmeal Crumble Crust
1 cup Oats
1/3 cup All-purpose Flour
1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Cold Salted Butter
Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, & salt.
Cut in butter with a fork or pastry cutter.
Spread mixture evenly into oven safe dish and bake in oven at 375 for 10-15 mins until lightly browned.

Vanilla Almond Custard
1 heaping TBS Cornstarch
1 cup Sugar
2 heaping TBS All-purpose Flour
2 cups Milk (whole)
2 Eggs
1/2 Salted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Almond Extract
1 9oz Jar JAML Jams Cinnamon Peach Jam
In saucepan mix together cornstarch, sugar & flour. Beat eggs and add eggs and milk to pan. Cook over medium heat and continue stirring until mixture thickens enough to thickly coat a spoon. Remove from heat and add butter and extracts. Pour custard into a bowl and allow it to cool.

Whipped Cream
1 Cup Heavy Cream
5 TBS Powdered Sugar
1tsp Vanilla Extract
Comine ingredients and starting on a low setting, mix ingredients with electric mixer or with whisk attatchment of a stand mixer until soft peaks form.
Trifle Construction:
Cover the bottom of a deep, glass dish with some of the oatmeal crumble, next spread a layer of JAML Jams Cinnamon Peach Jam of the crust, cover the peach jam, with a layer of custad. Repeat until you are out of ingredients. Top with whipped cream and refridgerate.
This recipe can be made into individual sizes by using small glass jars or disposable cups.
